House of SJ is a fashion and lifestyle brand offering apparel such as hoodies, sweatshirts, T-shirts, and accessories.
By placing an order, you agree to all our policies, including Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, COD Policy, and Privacy Policy.
These terms apply to all customers and visitors.

2. Product Information & Availability

We try our best to show accurate product images, descriptions, colors, and sizes. However:

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings

  • Size measurements may have minor variations

  • Product availability may change without notice

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product or design at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices shown are final and include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.

Accepted payment methods:

  • UPI / Bank Transfer

  • Credit or Debit Cards (via website)

  • Cash on Delivery (as per COD Policy)

Prices and offers may change without prior notice.

4. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed once:

  • Online payment is successfully completed, or

  • COD details are confirmed via WhatsApp, SMS, or call

We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of incorrect address, unreachable contact details, repeated order refusals, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days depending on the location.
Delays may occur due to logistics issues, weather conditions, festivals, or high order volume.

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared.
House of SJ is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return or exchange window as per our Return Policy.

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In original condition with tags and packaging intact

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sale, clearance, and customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only through:

  • Bank Transfer

  • UPI

  • Store Credit

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after product inspection.
Cash refunds are not available, including for COD orders.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on House of SJ platforms, including logos, designs, images, graphics, and text, belongs to House of SJ.
Any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

9. Order Refusal or Non-Delivery

If a COD order is refused or not delivered due to customer unavailability:

  • Future orders may be allowed only on prepaid basis

  • Additional courier charges may apply for re-shipping

  • Repeated refusals may lead to account restrictions

10. Limitation of Liability

House of SJ is not responsible for courier delays, customer handling damage, incorrect address details, or unauthorized use of our platform.
Our liability is limited to the total value of the order.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Customer information is used only for order processing, shipping, customer support, and promotions (with consent).
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without permission.

12. Changes to Terms

House of SJ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately once published on our platform.
