HOUSE OF SJ – CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

At House of SJ, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) to make shopping easy and convenient. Please read the terms below carefully before placing a COD order.

1. COD Availability

Cash on Delivery is available for most pin codes across India.
If COD is not available in your location, our team will inform you before processing the order.

2. COD Charges

A COD handling fee may apply depending on your delivery location.
(If applicable, you may mention: COD is free on all orders.)

3. Order Confirmation

To avoid fake or incomplete orders, all COD orders must be confirmed through WhatsApp, SMS, or a phone call.
Orders that are not confirmed will not be shipped.

4. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once a COD order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If the order is refused at the time of delivery, it will be returned to us.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled and only prepaid orders being allowed in the future.

5. Fake or Rejected COD Orders

If an order is placed with an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or is repeatedly refused:
The customer may be moved to a prepaid-only order list, COD may be disabled for the account, and reverse shipping charges may apply.

6. COD Returns

If a COD order is returned under our 7-day return policy, refunds will be issued only via bank transfer or UPI.
Cash refunds are not provided.
Reverse pickup charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund.

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the order may be returned.

8. Important Information for Customers

Please ensure that your phone number is active, the delivery address is complete and correct, and someone is available to receive the parcel.
This helps avoid delays, cancellations, or returns.
