1. Return Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact
The product should be free from stains, perfume, damage, or signs of wear
Returns are accepted only for wrong product delivery, size issues, or defective items
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Products damaged due to customer handling
Items purchased during final sale or clearance
Customized or personalized orders
4. Exchange Policy
We offer size or product exchanges, subject to availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another product or receive store credit.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in the following cases:
Wrong product received
Defective or damaged product
Order cancelled before shipment
Refunds are issued via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit (if preferred).
Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to be processed after approval.
6. Return Pickup & Shipping
We arrange reverse pickup in most serviceable locations.
If reverse pickup is not available, customers may need to self-ship the product.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Order Cancellations
